Shipping, Return & Refund Policies

Shipping
We guarantee same day order dispatch when any order is received within working hours and when received after, then next working day. It would take a maximum time of 24 hours for us to dispatch any order and minimum time could be the same day dispatch when placed during working hours. So wherever you are in the world, you can have your order at your doorstep within 2-3 days time from one of our eight globally scattered stock locations. Customers will pay for the shipping costs. Shipping costs that you will see at the checkout page are pre-calculated by the delivery carrier depending upon size, weight and the distance between regional store and destination country. We are not charging anything extra for fast deliveries, just regular shipping costs.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Order must be returned to the stock location of the country from where it was originally ordered, otherwise we won't be able to refund the amount.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Customer will bear the costs of packing and postage when returning the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

When a customer returns the product where wrong item(s) are being shipped or there is any other mistake on our behalf, Atex will bear the costs of customer return and shipping a new order.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
